Space Goat Records is a new independent record label forged in the molten heart of the heavy underground. Founded by Jason Doome of Grand Rapids Doomfest and Sean Brooks of The Heavy Underground Farm Report and HUFR Fest, Space Goat Records exists to celebrate collaboration, community, and the raw creative force that defines doom, stoner, sludge, psych, and all corners of the riff-driven underground.

At its core, Space Goat Records specializes in split releases — carefully curated pairings that bring together complementary bands from across the heavy spectrum. We believe split records are more than just shared vinyl; they’re conversations. They’re sonic crossroads where scenes intersect, regions collide, and new audiences are born. Whether it’s two touring bands joining forces for a limited pressing or a cross-country pairing uniting different corners of the doom diaspora, every release is intentional, cohesive, and built to showcase chemistry.
